Due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather or COVID-19, we’re happy to reschedule your experience, the non-refundable deposit will be applied to the rescheduled picnic. Due to rain or high winds, we have the right to reschedule your picnic.
Umbrellas are mainly decor. We create as much shade as possible for your picnic. We’re unable to provide full shade over your tables.
Alcohol & More
Although our picnics do not include alcoholic beverages, you’re more than welcome to bring what you wish to your picnic! However we are not held responsible.

We do our best to create an experience for our clients and select a secluded area. However we’re unable to control what happens in a public location.
Please provide 72 hour notice to reschedule your picnic. If cancelling your picnic the non-refundable deposit becomes a credit you can use for a future date & time. If you do not provide a 72 hour notice to cancel or modify your picnic then your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to a future picnic. We do not issue refunds, only credit.
To secure your date & time we require a non-refundable deposit and remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your picnic. Changes to picnic location, date & time need to be requested 72 hours prior to your event and subject to availability.
We’ll take care of set up and clean up, from start to finish. All you need to do is arrive and enjoy.
Food & drink:
Non-alcoholic beverages, water, snacks, and charcuterie is provided for you (available as an add-on for our Sightseer package). You’re also welcome to bring your own food.
We take your safety very seriously. All of our picnic elements undergo a deep clean before each and every event, and our picnics are set up a safe distance away from other visitors.

We’re happy to connect you with local catering to fill your picnic basket, or to recommend a photographer to capture your delightful afternoon.
